Bergamot oil is a popular oil in aromatherapy and is used in diffusers, massages, and as a bath additive. Experts advise caution when applying this oil to sensitive skin if it is exposed to sunlight afterward, as this can cause burns. Avoid the sun if this oil has been applied to the skin.
