10 ml essential clary sage oil

The essential clary sage oil is obtained by steam distillation from the flower tops and leaves of Salvia sclarea. The plant originally comes from Southern Europe and is cultivated in France and Russia for its oil. The greatest advantage of this oil is its calming effect on the nerves and it is especially helpful for women's ailments and complaints. It is also said to help with skin problems such as acne, boils, and ulcers, and to relieve muscle and joint pain.

During menopause, this oil is said to relieve hot flashes, night sweats, palpitations, irritability, as well as headaches and dizziness. It is used as an aphrodisiac.
