10 ml essential fennel oil

Essential Fennel Oil is obtained from the plant Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce, sweet fennel, also known as Roman fennel. It is extracted by steam distillation from the crushed seeds. The oil, like the seeds, is good for digestion and helps with a variety of other ailments. It is used in aromatherapy to treat oily skin, wrinkles, and overweight. It is said to strengthen courage, determination, and strength.

This oil is a popular remedy for digestive problems such as bloating, constipation, colic, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and indigestion. It also helps with weight loss as it is said to promote a feeling of fullness. Its diuretic effect is said to combat cellulite. Fennel oil is believed to strengthen the spleen and liver. It has a cleansing and firming effect on the skin and helps with bruises. Please note that this oil should not be used in large doses.
