Essential Vetiver Oil , also called khus oil, is obtained from the vetiver plant, a dense, green grass native to India that can grow up to 1.5 meters tall. Vetiver oil is very aromatic and has a distinctive, sharp, and earthy scent that you might recognize from men's perfumes.

The soothing and cooling effect of the essential vetiver oil calms and pacifies all kinds of inflammations. It particularly alleviates inflammations in the circulatory and nervous systems.

The essential vetiver oil is a well-known sedative. It relieves nervous irritations, discomfort, cramps, and emotional outbursts such as anger, anxiety, epileptic and hysterical seizures, restlessness, and nervousness. It even helps patients suffering from insomnia.
