When Spanish monks discovered the cleansing and healing properties of Palo Santo wood, they named the tree "Palo Santo," which means "holy wood." While some incense herbs are only used to cleanse a space of negative energy, others are used to attract positive energy afterward. Palo Santo is rare because it does both simultaneously. When burned, the oils of the holy wood are released, cleansing the space and the people it comes into contact with, attracting positive energy, and even healing people on a physical and subtle level. This enhances concentration and meditation ability. The Palo Santo wood comes from Peru and Ecuador and is supplied by us. The harvest of the wood we sell is controlled by local authorities. The trees are very rare and therefore are not cut down.
