Valerian essential oil 10 ml

Valerian essential oil has calming properties and is therefore said to help people suffering from insomnia and headaches.

It can relieve tension and stress and also reduce anxiety. Simply apply a few drops of valerian essential oil to the soles of your feet, wrists, or temples and massage it in gently. For aroma diffusers, it's recommended to add 3–5 drops before bedtime.

Valerian essential oil is known for its sharp, pungent odor, which is not particularly pleasant. Nevertheless, it has many beneficial properties.
