Essential Valerian Oil 10 ml

Essential valerian oil has calming properties and is therefore said to help people suffering from insomnia and headaches.

It can relieve tension and stress and also reduce anxiety. Simply apply a few drops of essential valerian oil to the soles of the feet, wrists, or temples and massage it in a little. For aroma diffusers, it is recommended to add 3–5 drops before going to bed. 

Essential valerian oil is known for its sharp, pungent smell, which is not particularly pleasant. Nevertheless, it has many beneficial properties.
